Mr. Emanuel Benjamin has practiced law in the state of Florida since 1998, he is the managing attorney and founder of Benjamin Law Group, PL, which primarily is focused on assisting international clients with real estate transactions, immigration law matters, mergers & acquisitions, global finance, corporate law, and the EB-5 investor visa program.
Mr. Emanuel Benjamin is the Managing Director and Principal of Greengold Capital, LLC. He has been involved in all phases of Greengold’s development since its inception and oversees its operation as well as focuses on origination, structuring and underwriting residential and commercial loans and on real estate acquisition, development, management, and disposition. Prior to founding Greengold Capital, he spent more than 20 years engaging in various aspects of investment real estate and has been the principal investor in excess of one hundred real estate properties. Mr. Benjamin, was the President and sole shareholder of Acquisition Group Management, Inc., a real estate investment and management company and Managing Member of Capital Group, LLC, a mortgage lender. During his tenure at the above-mentioned companies, Mr. Benjamin managed and trained a team that was responsible for analyzing, valuing, purchasing, selling, leasing, and renovating residential and commercial properties in Florida. Mr. Benjamin is the Broker, and Principal Member of Goldrock Properties, LLC which is a real estate consulting firm and real estate brokerage company. Mr. Benjamin's focus at the company has been consulting on market entry, business development, and expansion in the following industry sectors: Energy, Real Estate, Banking, Natural Resources, Agribusiness, and New Technologies. The primary geographic regions focused on by the company have been the Americas, Russia, China, Eastern Europe, and the CIS Republics.
Emanuel Benjamin has a Juris Doctor from University of Maryland School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He has both a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in International Business from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed real estate broker. Emanuel Benjamin is a member of the Coalition for U.S.-Russia Trade located in Washington D.C. He is also a board member of Torah Ethics & Culture, Inc., a Miami area non-profit which provides a vast array of services to the Jewish Community in the Miami area and worldwide. He has been involved in various philanthropic activities within the global Jewish community. He speaks the languages of English, Russian, and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
